Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using any services offered by SMCSE Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") under the Silverline brand at silverline.host and its associated subdomains. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services
Silverline, operated by SMCSE Solutions LLC, provides the following hosting and infrastructure services:
- WordPress Hosting — managed WordPress environments with automated updates and backups.
- Web Hosting — general-purpose hosting for static and dynamic websites.
- AI Deployment — infrastructure for deploying and serving AI models and applications.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Accounts & UpMind
User accounts for our services are managed through UpMind. By creating an account you also agree to UpMind's own terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at support@smcse.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or present a risk to our infrastructure or other customers.
3. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By making a purchase you agree to the applicable terms of the payment processor you choose. SMCSE Solutions LLC does not store your full card details on our servers.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at checkout.
- All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period of 3 days.
- You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of any hosting plan. Refund requests must be submitted to support@smcse.com within 7 days of your initial payment. After this period, all fees are non-refundable. Domain registrations, add-on services, and renewals are not eligible for refunds.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Host, distribute, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing activities.
- Run cryptocurrency mining operations or resource-abusive scripts.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other systems or networks.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Service Availability & Uptime
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party network failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
7. Data & Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Account data is managed via UpMind. Payment data is handled by Stripe and PayPal under their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of SMCSE Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or deploy to our hosting infrastructure. By using our services you grant us a limited licence to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through the account portal or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day retention period, unless required by law to retain it longer.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SMCSE Solutions LLC is registered. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
